You can edit any Mood, Symptom, Medication, or Exercise entry—including changing the date and time—directly from your daily summary or medication logging screens.
Find the Entry:
Go to your daily summary . Locate the entry you want to update.
Tap the Edit Button:
Tap the pencil icon next to the entry. This will open the Edit screen for that entry.
Edit Details:
Update any details you wish, such as mood rating, symptom severity, notes, or other fields.
Change the Date or Time:
Toggle the Change Time switch to enable date and time editing.
Use the date and time pickers to select the correct date and/or time for your entry.
This is especially useful if you are logging after midnight or need to correct a past day’s activity.
Save Your Changes:
Tap Save. Your updates will be reflected in your daily summary, reports, and charts.
If you forgot to log an activity or symptom on the correct day, you can backdate your entry.
If you’re logging late at night (after midnight), you can assign the entry to the previous day to keep your records accurate.
You can correct mistakes or update details at any time.
Editing entries will automatically update your reports and summaries.
If you need to make changes to multiple entries, repeat the steps above for each one.
The Change Time toggle and date/time pickers are available in all Edit screens for Mood, Symptom, Medication, and Exercise logs.
